We are living in a time when truth is being revealed, and the people of God are being called not only to awaken—but to stand. As exposure increases, so does the need for discernment, healing, and spiritual strength. This is not a season for fear or confusion, but for authority, unity, and obedience. Remnant Rising 2.0 continues what God began last year. What started as an awakening has become a refining. This gathering is about equipping the Body of Christ—spirit, soul, and body—to walk in truth, freedom, and purpose. Since 2015, Hear the Watchmen has answered the call to Gather His People for Worship, Restoration, and Revival. We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, and that the Body of Christ is made up of both warriors and the wounded—those who are strong and those who are healing. Many have endured deep spiritual and emotional trauma. Others have remained faithful and now sense the Lord calling them deeper. We are a remnant—set apart, redeemed, and hungry for a real, uncompromised relationship with Jesus Christ. Remnant Rising 2.0 is a Spirit-led, no-compromise gathering featuring worship, prayer, teaching, fellowship, and hands-on equipping. You will leave strengthened, encouraged, and connected with like-minded believers. Kevin Shipp, a former intelligence officer and anti-terrorism expert, held several high-level positions in the CIA. He was assigned as a protective agent for the Director of Central Intelligence, a counterintelligence investigator, team leader protecting sensitive CIA assets from assassination, manager of high risk Counter Terrorism Center protective operations, lead instructor for members of allied governments, internal staff security investigator and a polygraph examiner tasked with protecting the CIA from foreign agent penetration. He is the recipient of two CIA Meritorious Unit Citations, three Exceptional Performance Awards and a Medallion for overseas covert operations. Shipp also supervised the Department of State Anti Terrorism Assistance program and managed the protective detail assigned to the president of Afghanistan following the US invasion.
